Meet Sarah Chepkirui, a passionate social entrepreneur dedicated to empowering adolescents and youth, with a special focus on mentoring girls and teenage mothers from underprivileged backgrounds to realize their full potential. As a 2023 Sauti Kenya fellow in Women in Climate Change Advocacy, certified youth mentor, trainer of trainers, motivational speaker, and leadership trainer, Sarah ensures proper service delivery in public institutions and advocates for the inclusion of women, youth, and persons with disabilities in decision-making processes.

Sarah actively participates in policy formulations and implementations in Kenya, championing for gender equality and social justice. She is a member of the Gender Technical Working Group in her community and serves as a human rights defender and peace committee member, promoting harmony and justice within her community.

She is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Sparkle AGAIN Foundation, striving to eradicate poverty among adolescents, adolescent mothers, and youth through holistic mentorship. With over 7 years of diverse experience in Programme Management, Capacity Development, and Advocacy, Sarah has worked across various development programs, including Gender Equality, Youth Empowerment, Water and Sanitation, Climate Change, Social Entrepreneurship, Women Economic Empowerment, Gender-Based Violence, and Child Protection sectors.

Sarah holds   a Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance from Egerton University. She is certified in Strategies for Personal Growth & Development, Understanding the Rights of Women & Girls, Management Strategies for People & Resources, Responsible Leadership on Transparency & Good Governance, Community Organizing for Action, Servant Leadership, and Fundamentals of Grant Writing from Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI NETWORK).

In her free time, Sarah enjoys reading biographies, watching movies, going on adventures, listening to music, and volunteering in community work. She firmly believes that all dreams can become a reality.
