
An Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, serves as a Consultant specializing in gender matters and community development, alongside being a Certified Trainer of Human Rights. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) and a postgraduate diploma in Law, she brings a wealth of legal expertise and experience to our organization. Currently practising law under Jausiku & Company Advocates, Fridah offers comprehensive legal services, particularly in Alternative Dispute Resolution and other areas of Law. Passionate about peace, reconciliation, and gender issues, Fridah has extensive experience working with civil society organizations on matters such as Gender-Based Violence, Adolescent Pregnancies, and HIV/AIDS. Through her consultancy work, she has facilitated numerous community dialogues aimed at raising awareness and promoting positive change in these areas. Additionally, she has provided mentorship and motivation to adolescents through various platforms. Fridah has successfully led several community initiatives, projects, and dialogues with community leaders, teenagers, and women, showcasing her dedication to community development and social justice. As the team lead for our Peace and Reconciliation Program at the Sparkle AGAIN Foundation, Fridah spearheads efforts to reconcile teenage mothers with their parents and guardians, advocating for justice, equality, and empowerment for all.
