When a girl gets pregnant, the family peace is disrupted & in most occasions, the mother to the adolescent is blamed for the pregnancy with claims that she has failed in her parenting. 

The fathers reject the adolescent & in most cases resort to alcoholism or even fleeing the home leaving the mother with a huge burden. It’s even close to impossible when the adolescent desires to go back to school after delivery.

We work with the national government to reconcile families & even encourage the parents to take care of the child as the mother goes back to school.
